Located in Little Saigon in Seattle’s Chinatown International District above Hello Em Café.  Adjacent to Lam’s Seafood Groceries. There are large windows and lots of light. The space is rather flexible with the ability to move tables around and configure it for your event. Please book the time you need for your event including the time it takes you to set up and break down your decor, supplies, etc. It’s a special spot and we would love to have you!

Booking and Reservation Guidelines

No smoking or incense within the space please.

Food & Beverage

Guests are welcome to bring in outside food and drink for your event. Banquet permit required for any alcohol served on the premises.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Hosts are to leave the space in the same condition as they found it, including cleaning up after themselves. Furniture must be returned to original positions. Additional cleaning fee will be charged in the event of non-compliance.  Trash must be collected and placed under the downstairs

Health and Safety Measures

Our bookings are limited to allow for cleaning between reservations. It is very important that you book the space for the entire time that you plan to have access…include time for set up and clean up. Do not plan to show up early or stay late without messaging us to check first. We will adjust charges for reservations that stay longer or arrive earlier than allotted time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 Day: Hosts may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

Payment Information

Payments must be paid in full prior to event.

Damage and Liability

Hosts responsible for any damages caused to the event space or its amenities during their rental period.
